This is pivotal moment!
PROLOGUE
So, my previous creation using LEGO set 31152 was Tantrum, a Transformer Bull (video below). And since the building instructions is a paid one, the next creation/ Transformer I will built using this set , the instructions should be free.
And a new project was started with aim to build Cyclonus Helicopter, a character from Transformers Armada series.
However.... hours into project Cyclonus, I discovered that the shaping I managed to conjure more and more resemble a submersible. And the predominantly white color and domed windshield further reinforced that as well. So I pivoted my project to what you are seeing now!

ABOUT PROJECT SUBMERSIBLE
This submersible is called Titan. And it met its demise in the ill-fated tragedy about few years ago
. 
One of the more euphoric moments during the building process was actually sculpting the rear end of this vehicle.
Note the 4 red parts on the skids. I could've made them all black if not for the 3 pieces of black 1x2 plates available from the set. I needed just one more!!!
I tried my best to ensure the fuselage to be as white as possible. Then I scrunitized actual photos of Titan and found out it has bits of black as well.
OPENING COCKPIT
Those are powerful searchlights to illuminate the depths of the ocean floor. My initial idea was grapple arms but there's not enoughs hinges left from the set for me to use.
This photo reminds me of a hippo!
TRANSFORM!
The tail-end rotation mechanism is powered by a ball joint.
Unfold the legs and then feet
Rotate waist
Unlatch arms from vehicle body.
