Predacons, terrorize once more!
This is LEGO 31129 Alternate Build / MOC, turning the Majestic Tiger set into Megatron from Beast Wars series. This Megatron turns into a winged dragon.

LEGO set 31129: Majestic Tiger was released few years back and so far, I have made more than 10 Transformers using this set .
Prior to this project, the set was used to build G1 Scorponok (video tutorial below)
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This project is my 2nd one based on Dragon Megatron, one of the main antagonists from Transformers Beast Wars cartoon series back in the 1990s.
By the way, I built my first Dragon Megatron using LEGO set 31152 about 2 months ago (video below)
DRAGON MODE
Actually I have many parts to make a longer , more elaborate tail, but decided to keep it short instead due to one obvious reason.
With Dragon Megatron set 31150.
With LEGO set 31151: T-rex
TRANSFORM AND TERRORIZE!
Flip the tail around
Raise the backside to form arms. The circled stud is will be used as peg to connect the raised tail
Raised the notch (yellow circle) to secure the arm .
Form the chest and flanks by raising the panels up.
ROBOT MODE
Initially the head was mostly black in color, but I applied some orange so that it can be concealed better as the dragon tail.
Shorter dragon tail / pony tail means better clearance for head movement.
