This Ninjago set was an accidental purchase!
PROLOGUE
More than a month ago, Toys "R" Us dangled a juicy birthday voucher in my email inbox. So on the eve of the expiry date of this voucher, I rushed there to pick a birthday gift for my child. As fate would have it, he picked a cheaper toy , far less than the minimum purchase for the voucher to be applied.
And so.... I guess I better picked a LEGO set for myself, too, to pad up the purchase amount. As always... I'm trying to find cheap sets with decent number of ball joints. Finally, Ninjago 71806 was chosen!
By the way... another contender was 75390 Luke Skywalker X-Wing Mech. But I gave it a pass due to low parts count.
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
There aren't many ball joints to build a fully articulated Transformer, but I gotta try anyway. I will have to make do with zero elbow articulations.
