ABOUT BEAST WARS
Beast Wars is a CGI animated cartoon series back in the 1990s as a continuation to the original G1 Transformers cartoon series started a decade before. I'm not a fan of BW series due to the techno-organic nature of most of the characters. However... I found myself attracted to more cybertronian looking beast modes for some of them, like Depthcharge for example (video below)
And over the years, I have many many Beast Wars characters using official LEGO sets too, especially Megatron and Optimus Primal , leader of the bad guy Terrorcons and good guys Maximals respectively
ABOUT THIS PROJECT
This creation is based on Optimus Primal, leader of the Maximals from BW series. He turns into a gorilla.
