LEGO set 31163: Playful Cat was released this year and this project is my 3rd one using the set. Previously, this cat turned into a space cruiser inspired by G1 Brainstorm

ABOUT PERCEPTOR

Perceptor is a character from G1 Transformers cartoon series. And he turned into a microscope. 

Every time I build a LEGO Transformers that turned into a Microscope...... the reaction from the fans were ............ "Perceptor.............!" . Even though I tried to deny is coz I built many Microscope TF in various colors and shapes (many were lean-looking using Marvel Mech armor sets) , which barely looked like Perceptor at all.  I guess I better succumb to 'perception" of the masses.  

Below is the more recent "Perceptor" I made using  one LEGO set, prior to this one of course.

ABOUT THIS PROJECT

This year I have not made any Perceptors ,  so I guess it's time to start one. And it's pretty easy to build using regular LEGO sets like Playful cat, with less than 400 parts.
