This Bee's going loco!
This is LEGO 10338 Alternate Build, transforming the Bumblebee set into another version of Bumblebee (steam locomotive) from Transformers Hearts of Steel comic series from the early 2000s.

LEGO set 10338: Bumblebee is the biggest set I bought to be used for my custom LEGO Transformers project. And so far... I have made 4 of them using this set before I started this one. Previously I made Bumblebee from Transformers:One movie (video below)
ABOUT THIS PROJECT (TRAIN BUMBLEBEE)
This version of Bumblebee comes from Hearts of Steel ( HOS) comic series about 20 years ago. In that comics, Bee turned into a chubby looking locomotive (inset)
Major difference between the original toy of HOS Bee with mine here is definitely the number of wheels and their orientations.
The what seems like to me smaller wheels at the rear is actually his weapon in robot mode.
The first component I built for this project was the cowcatcher . It looked pretty good and this is always a sign that the rest of the project will be smooth chugging.
With gun mounted in the side. Initially I wanted it to connect at the very center of the train but failed.

I didn't notice official toy of HOS Bee has a gun until recently. So I built one in the final hours of this project.
